Wages and salaries include any ordinary earnings, penalty rates, overtime and leave payments in relation to the provision of services to an employer. It also includes allowances, penalty rates, overtime, leave loading, holiday pay and sick leave, directors' fees, bonuses and commissions, and other direct or indirect payments for services.
