Annual return
This form has changed. The new login requires you to enter your Client ID and Correspondence ID which are shown in your 2008 parking space levy return booklet.
You must lodge your annual return by 1 September 2008.
There are two ways to pay your levy:
in full by 1 September 2008 or
in 4 equal instalments (25 per cent of the total levy is due by 1 September 2008).
If you pay by instalments, OSR will issue you with an instalment notice before your next payment is due. Instalment payments are due by 1 December 2008, 1 March 2009 and 1 June 2009.
Information you will need before you start
Please read the following and ensure that you have all the necessary information before proceeding to the online form.
Note: This online form does not allow you to save your work and come back at a later time to complete the return. If you decide to abandon the form before completing it, you will need to start again.
Please print a copy of your annual return for your records before submitting to OSR.
Getting started:
You will need your Client ID and Correspondence ID from your 2008 parking space levy return booklet.
Information you need once you login:
Parking space details
For both category 1 and category 2 areas, details on:
total spaces
total exempt spaces
total liable spaces
total concession amount
Note: you must provide details on the reason for each exemption or concession claimed.
Property details
For each property owned:
street number, street name, suburb and post code
SP or DP number
date acquired
total spaces, number of exempt spaces and number of liable spaces
reason for each exempt space
Property sold
For each property sold since your last return:
street number, street name and suburb
SP or DP number
date sold and the purchaser's name.
Estimated time:
Approximately 15 minutes if you have all the necessary details.
Printing a copy for your records:
If you want to print a copy of your Annual Return, please select 'print' before you submit the return to OSR.
Warning:
