Step 1 - Information you will need before you start
Please read the following information and ensure you have all the details before starting the online form.
Information you need:

if you are already a registered client with OSR, you need to provide us with your existing Client ID
name
address details
contact name and number
the date you first became liable for the Parking Space Levy
SP or DP number (can be obtained from your land and council rate notice or Land and Property Information Notice of Valuation)
if you are a company, your ABN or SFN for Superannuation Funds
your banking details if you wish to receive any refunds owing to you via direct credit:
BSB number
account Number
financial Institution
branch
Estimated time:
Approximately 15 minutes if you have all the necessary details.
Warning:
The current version of our online form does not allow you to save your work and come back at a later time to complete the return.
If you decide to abandon the form before completing it, you will need to start again.
