Change of details

This form has changed. The new login requires you to enter your Client ID and Correspondence ID which are shown in your parking space levy return booklet.

Information you will need before you start

Please read the following information and ensure you have all the details before starting the online form.

Getting Started:

• You will need your Client ID and Correspondence ID from your parking space levy return booklet.

Information you need once you login:

• if you change your name you need to forward the Certificate of Change of Business Name to OSR

• if you are a company and your name has changed, you need to provide us with your new ABN number

• new correspondence address

• new business address

• contact name and daytime phone number for any enquiries

• If you are cancelling your registration due to selling your property you need to provide:

• street number, Street name, Suburb

• SP or DP number

• date sold and purchaser's name

Estimated time:

Approximately 10 minutes if you have all the necessary details.

Warning:

The current version of our online form does not allow you to save your work and come back at a later time to complete the return.

If you decide to abandon the form before completing it, you will need to start again.
