Required information

your client and correspondence ID from any recent OSR correspondence
new correspondence address
new business address
contact name and daytime phone number for any enquiries
if you are cancelling your registration because you are selling your property you need to provide:
street number, street name, suburb
SP or DP number (can be obtained from your land and council rate notice or Land and Property Information Notice of Valuation)
date sold and purchaser's name.
