Variations, refunds and extensions
The Chief Commissioner can partly or fully credit the amount of the levy payable, or partly or fully refund the amount paid if the amount assessed or paid is too high or in cases where (in the Chief Commissioner's opinion) the levy will cause undue hardship.
Applications for variations, refunds and extensions must be in writing and addressed to the Chief Commissioner of State Revenue.
