Calculating the tax

Data Monitoring Services (DMS) is a division of Maxgaming NSW Pty Ltd and they calculate the amount of tax payable on behalf of the NSW Government.

DMS issue the initial invoice 14 days following the end of an assessment period. For copies of these initial invoices, or for queries on the calculation of the tax, please contact the DMS Help Desk on 1800 307 551 or visit the DMS website.

OSR will issue any subsequent invoice (eg final assessments, reassessments).
