Information you need

Please ensure you have all the necessary information before proceeding to the online form.

Details you need to provide to us

• Any changes to your organisation’s name, since the exemption was approved. If the name has changed, you will need to provide the new name of the organisation.

• Any changes to the organisation’s governing rules since the exemption was approved. These include the organisation’s:

• constitution

• rules

• memorandum

• articles of association.

If the governing rules have changed, you will need to send us a letter detailing the changes and supply a copy of your most recent governing rules.
