Step 1 - Information you will need before you start
Please read the following information and ensure you have all the necessary information before proceeding to the online form.
Information required:

if you have received an assessment notice from OSR: use the client ID and correspondence ID on the top right-hand corner of your assessment notice.
if you have not received any correspondence from OSR: contact us during business hours and we will arrange your login details immediately over the phone

Lodging a return
To register for land tax, you will be asked to confirm or update the following details:
postal address
contact details
land owned
trust details, if you are part of a trust
related company details, if your company is part of a group.
Note: If you own land under more than one name (eg if you own some land individually and some as part of a trust or partnership) you will need to complete a separate form for each of the different ownership names.
Estimated time:
If you have all the necessary details, it should take you approximately 10 minutes to complete and submit this form online.
Warning:
The current version of our online form allows you to save changes to postal and contact details only. If you start to fill out the form and then decide to complete it at a later date, you will need to start again.
