Land tax clearance certificate updates online
What is this service for?
This service will provide you with a copy of an existing clearance certificate or an updated version of an existing clearance certificate.
This service is available for all clearance certificates, whether they were applied for online through an approved client service provider, or directly with OSR.
It cannot be used to apply for a new clearance certificate or a valuation certificate. To apply for a new certificate online, you will need to contact an approved client service provider or download an application form and send it to us with a $15 processing fee.
What do I need to use this service?
To use this service, you will need the certificate enquiry ID and the correspondence ID that appear on the clearance certificate.
This service is only available for clearance certificates issued by us in the last 13 months.
Clearing a certificate
Payments made to us through a financial institution, Australia Post or by credit card are processed overnight. Payments made before 6 pm are generally received by 9 am the following business day.
Please ensure you have allowed sufficient time for the payment to be processed prior to requesting a new version of the clearance certificate.
If your certificate still shows a land tax charge after requesting a new version, please contact us.
