Change of details

Scheduled maintenance
The Duties, Parking space levy and Payroll tax online services will be unavailable between 8.00pm and 11.00pm on Sunday, 30 April due to scheduled maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience.

You can use the change of details form to:

  • cancel your registration
  • update your contact details
  • update your address details
  • update your property details
  • provide/update your bank details
  • change your business name.

Please read the following information and ensure that you have all the necessary details before starting the online form.

Information required

  • your Client and Correspondence ID from any recent correspondence from us

  • new correspondence address

  • new business address

  • contact name and daytime phone number for any enquiries

  • if you are cancelling your registration because you are selling your property you need to provide:

    • street number, street name, suburb

    • SP or DP number (can be obtained from your land and council rate notice or Land and Property Information Notice of Valuation)

    • date sold and purchaser's name.

Estimated time

If you have all the required information, it should take you about 10 minutes to complete and submit this form.

Warning

This online form does not allow you to save your work and come back at a later time to complete the return. If you decide to exit the form before completing it, you will need to start again.
