Change of details

As an Electronic Duties Returns (EDR) approval holder, you are responsible for ensuring that your contact details with the OSR are up-to-date.

You may update your details at any time.

Please read the following and ensure that you have all the necessary information required before proceeding.

Information required

  • Client ID
  • Correspondence ID (refer to your Return Period Invoice or contact OSR on 1300 308 863)


This online form does not allow you to save your details and come back at a later stage to complete and submit your changes. If you decide to exit before completing, you will need to start again.

Note: Your ABN cannot be updated using this application. If your ABN is incorrect please e-mail with your Client ID and correct ABN.
