How can I register?
Who is eligible to register for petroleum product subsidies?
A person who in the ordinary course of business sells petroleum products by:
Wholesale to zone retailers, or
Retail on premises within a zone, or
Retail to zone consumers
Note: retailers who on-sell subsidised petroleum products which they purchased from a registered person are not eligible for registration themselves.
How can I register?
You must complete and lodge a registration form and receive a Certificate of Registration before you can lodge a claim.

How can I renew my registration?
You must complete and lodge the renewal of registration form before your registration expires. If your registration has expired you will not be entitled to receive a subsidy payment.

How can I update my registration details?
You can change your details online by selecting ‘Online services’. You can also complete and lodge the change of details form with OSR.
