LEAP allows our clients to not only manage a matter and it's documentation but it also keeps a record of all enquires and searches required for that particular matter.
LEAP Disbursement Management
LEAP's integrated on-line searching and property enquires enables our clients to order Title Searches, ASIC & Business Name searches, ITSA searches, OSR Certificates, Sydney Water Certificates as well as property enquires directly from a client's matter.
Information is returned from the searches via the Internet and is saved on the matter for access at any stage. Details will be automatically updated in the database and any notations on title can be ordered at any stage of the matter.
All images such as Conveyancing Certificates, Sewer Service Diagrams, Service Location Prints and BOS/BAS Letters can be requested through LEAP. These images are also stored on the matter and can be opened and used at any stage of the matter.
LEAP also has an on-line link to the Office of State Revenue, which allows our client's to order Valuations and Clearances, which will reduce the amount of forms being sent to the OSR.
