Client service providers
You can apply for a land tax clearance certificate through any of the client service providers below.
Client service providers will charge you a fee for the certificate and in some cases you may need to set up an account with the provider.
Strata lot owners
In some cases you may not be able to apply for more than one strata lot which belongs to a single ownership. In this case you may need to apply for several certificates to cover all lots. Please check with the client service provider before applying.
Settlement rooms
Certain client service providers conduct settlement rooms where you can clear a land tax certificate.
