Contracts and procurement
OSR values the business relationships it has with suppliers from both the private and public sectors. Our contract and procurement unit provides overall management, both administrative and accounting, for all of our contracts. This includes negotiating tenders, contracts and account management and also provides current information or government initiatives on procurement practices.
If you have any questions relating to current tenders or would like further information contact:

OSR’s Statement of Expected Business Ethics
OSR requires all of its suppliers to conduct their business dealings with OSR in an ethical manner. For guidance as to what these ethical standards are, read OSR’s Statement of Expected Business Ethics.
OSR asks all of its suppliers to read the Statement of Expected Business Ethics. By entering into a contract to supply OSR you are also agreeing to comply with our Statement of Expected Business Ethics.
Suppliers are asked to ensure that all contractors they engage to perform work for OSR are also aware of and comply with OSR’s Statement of Expected Business Ethics.
To assist suppliers in confirming compliance with the Statement of Expected Business Ethics we have prepared some frequent questions.
