We are committed to implementing our Excellence and Quality in Performance (EQuiP) Program across the organisation.
All employees have an EQuiP plan tailored to meet their career and development needs.
EQuiP helps identifies and facilitates an employee's learning and development career opportunities.
EQuiP plans translate our corporate business plans and objectives into individual performance plans. This allows staff to understand their role in contributing to the overall success of OSR.
The plans help employees identify and more importantly take ownership of and accountability for their jobs by clarifying and ensuring agreement on their performance requirements. These performance requirements are set and agreed to mutually between a manager and their employee.
As part of the EQuiP planning process, managers regularly review achievements and provide feedback to staff as part of the process. Excellence and outstanding performance are recognised and celebrated as well as discussions on measures necessary to improve an employee's performance in order to meet agreed standards.
